Writer, strategist, problem solver
I make complex things clear. For 25 years, I've helped organizations communicate with precision and purpose — shaping content strategy, executive communications, and editorial programs at companies where clarity isn't optional.
At Amazon, I develop content strategy for a global engineering audience, shape strategic communications for senior leadership, and lead high-visibility content programs. At Google, I spent seven years leading documentation across multiple products — from Angular (serving 1.6 million developers) to Cloud TPU, BigQuery, and a 15-project internal portfolio — and grew into a Tech Lead/Manager role defining cross-organizational strategy. At Stripe, I led both people and content initiatives, driving editorial quality and scaling documentation output. I've also created developer content programs at Microsoft and shaped content strategy at organizations from startups to the Fortune 5.
Across every role, the work comes down to the same thing: understanding what needs to be said, who needs to hear it, and how to make it land. Whether the audience is a VP, a million developers, or a global community — the craft is the same.
